Applied

New cache methods that provide access to existing objects by simply tagging them with attributes. I left a test class in the library called Dummy as an example ... be sure to delete it when implementing an add-in. I also included a new spreadsheet, ExcelDna.Contrib.Cache.xls, that shows the existing functionality. The access methods are of a Bloomberg style i.e.

to create an object use CREATE("objecttype", "constructor", params)
set a property SET("handle", "property", values) et c

There is still a good amount of work to be done: allow for other objects to be parameters, streamline the type conversions/testing et c.
